Cary attained his Bachelor of Computer Science degree at the University of Regina in 2001, and his Bachelor of Laws in 2007.

After completing law school at the University of Saskatchewan, he spent two years working in the Oil and Gas industry in Alberta, and has substantial knowledge of Oil and Gas field work and service companies, as well as Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures and environmental regulations pertaining to that industry.

Cary has been with us since August of 2009, articling to Dave Brundige, as well as participating in commercial litigation cases with Paul Malone  and Federal Crown work with Hal Wellsch.

Cary signed the Rolls on July 29, 2010, thereby ending his articles and beginning his career as a lawyer with our firm.

Cary often meets with clients and attends court. He is currently involved with both solicitor and litigation matters in several areas of law, including corporate matters, commercial real estate developments, and agreement drafting. As well, Cary is involved with criminal trial preparation, to aid our firm's partners as Agents of the Federal crown involved in drug prosecutions. Cary has also appeared in provincial court on several matters.

Cary is an avid aficionado of wine, and is a member of Canada's Opimian Society. He hopes to attain a sommelier designation after his articling year.
